Mthiyane Construction cc is a Durban based enterprise that focuses on Road Construction, Plant Hire and Telecommunication Infrastructure Installations. For more than 24 years, Mthiyane Construction has offered a wide range of construction services, Plant Hire and Telecommunication Infrastructure in Durban, and many other parts of KZN, Bloemfontein and Welkom. We are the best at what we do.

It was founded in 1993 by the owners Molly and Chris Mthiyane. Their passion in the construction environment stems back to the 1980's when Chris was delivering  sand in and around the eThekwini Municipality. Today the company has developed to be a diverse operation with a large fleet of Plant Hire equipment, operators and consulting engineers.

Mthiyane Construction cc is ISO 9001 certified enterprise and has attained several awards and recognition including winning a bronze medal as one of Telkom's Top Twenty Supplier in 2002. Mthiyane Construction has Level 1 of Broad-Based BEE Status.

Mthiyane Construction is well known for its innovation and by collaborating successfully with our customers, designers, sub-contractors, consultants as well as suppliers; we have been able to provide more specialized level of services. We are continuously evolving and understand the different aspects of delivering high value construction, telecommunication, plant hire and complex projects with ease.

He is our co-founder and CEO. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company as well as our field operations and managing strategic relations. He comes with years of experience in the civil engineering space and plant hire sector

MOLLY MTHIYANE

Operations Director

Molly Mthiyane is responsible for the overall operations and co-ordination within Mthiyane Constructions. She is the engine that ensures that everything works as it should. She is the co-founder of the company.
